In Los Angeles, coffee shops cluster around downtown offices, college campuses and the main commercial streets of residential neighborhoods, and the independents usually close by mid-afternoon while chains stay open into the evening. Across California, drive-thru coffee stands and kiosks fill the gap in suburbs and along highways, and roasters often sell bags and brewing gear at the counter. Check the listing for hours, whether the cafe takes mobile orders, and its Google rating and recent reviews; parking is easiest at suburban locations, while downtown shops rely on street meters or nearby garages. Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Los Angeles is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Amazing coffee and the freshest donuts I've ever had! The staff is super friendly, making every visit a delight. Can't get enough of their delicious breakfast sandwiches, perfect for starting my day!

Drink and food delicious…the place is a pick up spot. The space is tiny and no seating but outside there is a plaza with plenty of tables. Another employee came in and got the food items done very quickly and got me a cup of water while I waited for my drink. Staff was polite, all customers seemed happy and excited so I think locally it’s a great spot and it’s downstairs in a big shopping area so it’s a great location. I was off my diet and it was a splurge! It was worth it!!! Jalapeño croissant and tiramisu latte mmm

For my first visit, I tried an iced chai latte with strawberry cold foam and a chocolate croissant. The croissant was yummy; I ordered it warmed so each bite had melted chocolate and hit the spot. The chai was ok; the flavor was quite subtle and didn’t have that strong chai flavor and tasted more milky than I like. I’ll probably visit again to try a different drink and their food options.

I tried a matcha latte and an everything jalapeño cream cheese croissant here--both were delicious. I was especially happy to find that the matcha was unsweetened (which can be hard to find), and you have the option to add a sweetener or omit it entirely. They offer a variety of plant-based milks, and overall, the matcha was very flavorful. The café also had a great selection of pastries, including some vegan and gluten-free options. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made for a positive experience. I visited on a Sunday around 9 AM and there was no line, which was a nice bonus. It's a very modern and small place, but you can sit down outside at the tables provided in the middle of the outdoor area of the shopping center. I wouldn't recommend it as a place to study or work from, but it's perfect for relaxing while enjoying your coffee and pastries. One thing to note is that it can be a bit tricky to find if you're following Google Maps--you'll need to walk down the stairs or take an elevator from street level, as it's located just below a shopping center. Overall, I definitely recommend checking it out.

Why get your normal everyday Starbucks when this beautifully small coffee shop exists in this plaza! I ordered the horchata nitro cold brew with macadamia milk and my only complaint is that the cute owner/coffee mastermind who made my drink doesn’t come along with it. It paired very well with the pasties available, especially the Kouign-amann. It far exceeded my expectations that I had to pay it forward and I paid for the drinks for the customer group that came right after me. Oh and did I mention, MOBILE!? ORDER?! 10/10 recommend.
